Copyright Respect
Arcavio respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material available on this website infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice requesting review and removal.
Where to Send a Notice
Send copyright notices to hello@arcavio.xyz.
What to Include in a Takedown Notice
Your notice should include substantially the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material to be removed, including the exact URL or other locating information.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. A valid counter-notice should include sufficient information for us to evaluate the claim and contact the parties involved.
Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate, Arcavio may remove content, disable access, or terminate relationships with parties who are the subject of repeated, well-founded copyright complaints.
Important Note
Sending false, misleading, or bad-faith notices may expose you to legal consequences. If you are unsure whether the material at issue is infringing, you should consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
